Course description
Axon’s Tactical Drone Instructor Certification School (TDIS) is a 4-day program that certifies attendees for 24 months from the date of school completion. The course is structured to equip aspiring drone instructors with the vital training and skills necessary for teaching drone operators in tactical environments. The curriculum encompasses a comprehensive array of indoor and outdoor tactical operations, including building searches, vehicle clearance, and night flights, ensuring that students have the opportunity to practice instructing these critical skills.
All attendees of the program will be required to attend all 4 days of the TDIS. Additionally, all attendees will be required to complete the prerequisite online coursework via Axon Academy.

Prerequisites

Approval
The Axon Training team will review your application. All applicants will receive a response.
Step 3
Register and pay
Accepted students will receive further instruction on how to complete the registration process and submit payment (including drone voucher submission).
Step 4
Registration confirmation
Students will receive another communication once registration has been finalized including access and instructions for the online training.
Step 5
Online course
Complete the online portion of the certification in Axon Academy before arriving at the in-person training.
