Axon's DELTA (Developmental Experiential Leadership Training Academy) Course offers an innovative approach to leadership development that combines structured workshops with outdoor challenges, culminating in a Leadership Orienteering Course. Through interactive training, self-assessments and hands-on exercises, including an outdoor expedition, participants will explore their leadership styles, build resilience and learn to navigate complex challenges to create lasting impact in their organizations. Accepted students will receive further instruction on how to complete the registration process and submit payment.
