If a question falls outside the scope of available documents, Policy Chat lets users know and encourages refocusing on agency policy.
Transparent, Linked Responses: Each response includes a summary and a direct link to the relevant section of policy, helping officers verify information, build confidence, and act with clarity and compliance.
Officers Remain Accountable: While AI provides helpful, relevant answers — as confirmed through Axon testing — officers are responsible for reviewing responses and referring to original policy documents when making decisions.
